In Ekkeko we know the importance of having a good Team, that is why we are in constant training. Acquiring knowledge is vital to our business´s growth and ultimately for providing excellent customer service, we motivate our team members to enroll in continuing practice education courses not only to be prepared for the present challenges, but also the future ones. We encourage team building as we know it is the foundation of any great company, as Ryunosuke Satoro once said “Individually, we are one drop- Together, we are an ocean”.
Gonzalo Almada
Director of Operations & Co-Founder
Gonzalo is in charge of overseeing the overall operations of Ekkeko Property Management, with extensive experience in business management gained from his several years of working in companies focus on financial administration services and investment funds in South Florida and in Argentina.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida International University (USA) and is licensed in Florida as a Real Estate Broker Associate under United Realty Group Inc, he holds his real estate license since 2012.
He started his career as an intern in Kaufman Rossin Funds Services (5 1/2 years) where he gained firsthand knowledge of the hedge fund administration industry. He then went onto work for one of the pioneers of the fund of funds industry, Crystal Capital Partners (5 1/2 years). His last experience (08/2018-05/2020) was in Grupo Pegasus, a Latin American private equity firm based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since 2020 he has been working full time with Ekkeko Property Management.
Andres García
Director of Strategy & Co-Founder
Andres García brings over a decade of experience in real estate, technology systems, and business operations to Ekkeko Property Management. A licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, he specializes in transactions and helps develop and implement strategies that support the company’s philosophy and continued growth.
Andres is also the General Manager and Co-Founder of Summa Mechanical Contractors, LLC, DBA SMC Air Conditioning where he oversees operations and strategic direction across residential, commercial, and public-sector projects throughout South Florida.
Beyond business, Andres is deeply committed to giving back, supporting initiatives that have helped provide housing to underserved families in the Colombian Amazon as well as the Chandpukur Mission in Bangladesh.
His leadership is grounded in discipline, integrity, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact in both business and the community.
Francisco “Fran” Lobato Racedo
Property Manager
Francisco, or Fran for short, has been a member of the Ekkeko Team since August 2021. He has several years of experience from working at a homeowners’ association administrator where he gained key skills and knowledge which he currently applies as a property manager. Fran loves learning new things, especially related to languages which is always helpful when it comes to assisting owners and tenants in the multicultural city of Miami.
Gabriela Trillo
Insurance Analyst & Accounting
Gabriela joined our team in February 2024, she has over 10 years of experience in the property management industry. She is a dedicated professional specializing in insurance policies for residential properties. In addition to reviewing our clients' property insurance policies, she assists with data entry, bank reconciliations, and month end procedures. Her extensive expertise in these fields ensures that our clients receive reliable and effective solutions tailored to their unique needs. Gabriela is committed to providing excellent service and continuously improving her skills to better serve our clients.
Patricio Martin
Leasing Support Specialist
Patricio holds a degree in Business Administration from the International University in Geneva, Switzerland.
He brings extensive experience in customer service, sales, and client relations, with a strong background in helping small e-commerce businesses grow through customer experience and b2b sales strategies. His expertise in building client relationships, managing day-to-day operations, and finding practical solutions allows him to effectively support both tenants and property owners with leasing matters and renewals.
At Ekkeko, Patricio is committed to providing personalized service and making the leasing process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Javier Ise
Condo/HOA Association Communications, Administration & Accounting
Javier is part of the Ekkeko Property Management team. With a background in business and operations, he brings a practical and organized approach to his role. He supports the company's internal administrative and accounting operations, including monthly financial closings, financial reporting, and coordination of day-to-day administrative tasks.
He also works closely with condominium and homeowners associations, handling property-related matters and maintaining communication between the Ekkeko team, associations, and property owners.
Rodrigo Almada
Strategy Consultant & Business Development
Rodrigo assists management more as an outside consultant with ideas in business development and strategy on a monthly part-time basis.
He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and obtain a Masters degree from Escuela Real Madrid-Universidad Europea of Spain in Sports Training and Nutrition.
